If you are applying for a restricted Possession and Acquisition Licence or an Authorization to Transport a restricted firearm and you are finding a long delay in receiving your documents, it may be because the Firearms Centre does not have proof of your membership to an approved range. Make sure you include a copy of your valid gun club membership when applying for either a PALR or ATT.

Technically you should not have to provide proof of membership to receive a new or renewed PALR, but we know of some cases where processing the application has been held up without providing proof.
