The North Peace Rod & Gun Club is currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual for the role of a Part-time/Full Time Range Operator at our facility in Charlie Lake.

Position Overview:

This is a year-round position responsible for the daily operation and upkeep of the range and

club facilities. The Range Operator plays a key role in providing a safe, clean, and welcoming

environment for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and visitors

• Register guests and renew memberships

• Perform regular maintenance on range facilities, equipment, & cleaning of Clubhouse

• Operate machinery (ATV, tractor, etc.) for grounds keeping and snow clearing

• Support setup and coordination for events

• Assist with supervision of summer student staff

Qualifications:

• 19 years of age or older

• Strong communication and basic computer skills

• PAL/RPAL (or ability to obtain)

• ATV & Tractor Safety certification, WHMIS (or willingness to obtain)

• Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications are assets (can be acquired after hiring)

• Basic mechanical or handyman skills considered an asset

Position Details:

• Work is steady and can be physically demanding – ideal for a semi-retired individual or

someone who enjoys working outdoors and independently

• Responsibilities are comparable to managing a small campground or RV park
