A great crowd gathered this afternoon at the North Peace Rod and Gun Club for the 2025 Youth Celebration of Hunting . The Rich Peterson Memorial Recognition Awards saw a rifle presented to the young hunter with the highest scoring mule deer and another rifle to the youth with the highest scoring white-tailed deer.
First and foremost, this event wouldn’t be possible without the parents and the kids. The Club would also like to thank our many donors, event chair and volunteer extraordinaire Guy Lahaye, measurer Royd Lusk and club president Rick Ekkel.
